Bedford Innovation Campus occupies a strategically important position within the high-growth CaMkOx Arc, sitting between the world-leading innovation hubs of Cambridge, Milton Keynes and Oxford.

The park has excellent road connectivity, situated at the A421/A6 Elstow Interchange which forms the primary east-west corridor between M1(J13) and the A1. This places occupiers at the centre of one of the UK’s most dynamic clusters for advanced manufacturing, engineering, R&D and high-value logistics activity. Its location offers immediate access to talent, knowledge networks, and technology-driven supply chains that define the Arc’s economy.
